If you're now not on board with ordering a gazillion knives for various kinds of cheeses, don't have any fear. This one will work for almost all of them - I've used it on Cheddar, Gouda, Parmesan, Manchego, Brie, all forms. I purchased a wire-type one on the same time, and it really is now not necessary. I would simplest recommend yet one more type if you want good slices on very arduous cheeses (mine come out ok, however now not *perfect*).
It's effectively balanced, great quality, sharp but now not too unhealthy, and seems great on a cheese board. If you may have up to date silverware, it matches up good. Highly really helpful.
